By placing an order via this Website you are making an offer to La Galleria to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

By placing an order for the delivery of goods via this Website:
For delivery destinations within the EU you are making an offer to DHL to deliver the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order. Once you have placed an order for goods and delivery, we will send you confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods or for them to be delivered has been accepted. A contract between you and La Galleria for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. We will take payment from your credit/debit/PayPal account at the time you place your order.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

DELIVERIES:
Please note that a delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate. La Galleria shall receive such delivery charge on behalf of DHL in relation to the delivery of the goods. Please see our delivery times and charges.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. Neither La Galleria nor DHL can accept liability for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

All export and import of our goods, customs clearance and VAT accounting for Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, San Marino and Vatican City will be managed and handled by DHL. The respective VAT for Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, San Marino and Vatican City will be invoiced directly by DHL and must be paid before delivery of the goods. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS:
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. With La Galleria Art & Design GmbH you buy only products of the highest quality standard. Each of our products is unique. They are quality controlled for any defects or damage and have been packed carefully by hand. You receive our products originally packed and therefore you can be sure, that your exclusive goods have not been worn before. For this reason, we do not accept any returns or exchanges of our exclusive goods.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES:
All prices quoted on this Website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in Swiss Francs and where appropriate are inclusive of CH sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside Switzerland then your sales tax (VAT) will be zero. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.
